Ticket Terms and Conditions
Printed E-Ticket, containing barcode, must be presented to driver for travel.
Each passenger traveling must have a printed E-Ticket, containing a barcode.
E-Tickets are valid for date selected at time of purchase. Customers must show a valid photo ID (matching passenger name on E-Ticket.)
E-Tickets are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
E-Tickets are not a reservation; passengers will be boarded on a first come, first served basis .
Passengers are allowed 2 Piece of luggage( Adult), 1 Piece (Child) at a Maximum of 50 lbs and no taller than 62 inches. Additional Baggage will cost $15 Per piece but is subject to acceptance/approval and is not guaranteed.
Top Class Bus Company assumes no responsibility for passengers’ baggage and other personal belongings prior to boarding and loading nor while on the bus. Passengers are responsible for ensuring the loading and off loading their baggage and other personal items.
Tickets by Phone or In Person
Tickets may be purchased at the terminal. Top Class has convenient ticketing locations for bus travel that are available during their normal business hours. Locations are opened 3 hours prior to departure. Please see our Bus Terminal listing for hours of operation.
Tickets can be purchased using U.S. dollars, major credit cards and some debit cards. For your security, a valid photo ID must be presented during time of purchase and time of boarding.
